Today in Raptors training camp: Magloire sends DeRozan to the floor

There appears to be some concrete evidence that things are picking up at Toronto Raptors training camp.
On Tuesday, DeMar DeRozan was left shaking his head after being sent to the floor by centre Jamaal Magloire. "Magloire knocked me down earlier today," DeRozan said. "Felt like I hit a wall."
"I'm just practising hard. I'm not trying to hurt anybody," Magloire said. "But we have a defensive-minded attitude first. We can't give up any layups."
DeRozan emerged from the collision unscathed. Leandro Barbosa, however, missed another day of practice with a sore knee.

Raptors coach Dwane Casey has not settled on a rotation as of yet. He said he will continue tinkering with the team's lineup, probably until the Raptors' first pre-season game, Sunday against Boston.
He does have an idea of how big the rotation will be, though.
"After [the first game], we'll probably get more specific as far as looking at an eight- or nine-man rotation," Casey said. "I think it's probably going to be closer to nine — it could be 10 because of the rapid-fire games."

The Denver Nuggets have until Tuesday to match the Raptors' offer sheet for swingman Gary Forbes. It is not clear by what time the Nuggets have to make that decision.
However, the safe bet has the Nuggets opting to retain Forbes. Denver, thanks to three players playing in China, needs bodies. Forbes comes cheaply.
If Forbes comes to the Raptors, they will have a full roster of 15 players.
